Next-Day Courier Service

We use Tuffnells as our prime Next Day Courier service but reserve the right to use alternative couriers as and when necessary

  • Next Day Service applies only to deliveries made to mainland UK destinations
  • Orders must be received by 3pm to use this service
  • Goods despatched by courier service

SIGNATURE: A signature will be required for all goods delivered by our courier service and the consignment may arrive between 8.30AM and 5.30PM.  If nobody is at the delivery address to accept the delivery when the driver calls, the goods will be returned to your local Tuffnells or other delivery depot and a card will be left requesting you to contact your local depot to arrange re-delivery or collect the consignment personally - a charge may be made for re-delivery.

IMPORTANT:  Please check the packaging for damage before signing for your delivery from the courier.  In the unlikely event of damage please either sign for the goods as "Received Damaged" or refuse the goods as damaged and call us immediately as our couriers will not accept responsibility of any transit damage unless notified within two days.
