Goods Despatched by Royal Mail

Items of high value including remote control handsets are despatched by Royal Mail "Signed For" recorded delivery service and a signature is required for this service.  

PLEASE NOTE:

Royal Mail will only make one attempt to deliver the package. If you are not available when the postman calls, a 'while you were out' postcard will be left requesting you to contact your local Royal Mail delivery office within seven days to arrange re-delivery or collect the item personally. If you do not contact your delivery office within this period the package will returned to us and you may be required to pay the additional postage cost incurred for re-delivery.
